Legislative Hearing

FWWS has 3 bills that will be reviewed in a public hearing. We encourage all of our members to show your support by attending and testifying. Here are the details:

Public Hearing:
1. HB 1436 - Providing limitations for the imposition of regulatory civil penalties.
2. HB 1770 - Enhancing small business participation in state purchasing.
3. HB 1372 - Concerning methods of payment for purposes of the alcohol beverage control statutes.
4. HB 1373 - Concerning the tax payment and reporting requirements of small wineries.
5. HB 1482 - Concerning wine shipments.

In addition, we need to request a hearing on our annual tax reporting bill, SB 5259, from the Senate Ways and Means Committee. Please support this bill by emailing members of the Senate Ways and Means Committee to support our legislation and ask Sen. Murray for a hearing on the bill.
